PAYMENT / REFUND POLICY

1.  Payments must be received by PWB no later than 3 days prior to the tournament start date.
     NO PAY, NO PLAY.

2.  Money orders, checks or credit cards may be utilized as forms of payment.
     NOTE: A small processing fee will accompany all credit card payments.

3.  NO REFUNDS OF TEAM FEE if team cancels or drops from tournament once brackets have been set.

4.  Any entitled refunds to team entry fees for rainouts, or tournament cancellation by the hosts (PWB)
     will be adhered to in accordance with the rules set forth by the sanctioning body governing the event.
     (In other words, whatever Super Series, Nations or USSSA has set forth on refund policy, we will follow.)
